So…my first post…
Hey all, I decided to start blogging not because I have anything all that important to say but rather I’m learning more and more how important it is to do life with people. I believe blogging is a great way to spur conversations, trade opinions and gain new perspectives.
The title “What’s Next God?” comes from the reflection on my own life, and the realization that the majority of my life has been spent either, wondering “Where do I go from here?” or preparing for the next step I feel like God is asking me to take.
My hope is this blog becomes a place where we can flush out those very kinds questions and situations.
One truth that I have learned in my spiritual journey is not to become complacent, life is a series of seasons…some leave and never return, others tend to cycle around again and again…each time with a little different color and flavor.
What I DON’T want to happen in any season or situation, rather familiar or all new, is to get so wrapped up in my existence that I quit asking the question….”What’s next God?”
We’d be selling “The God of all creation” just a little short if we choose to live in a place where we felt like what we have already experienced so far, is the best God has to offer….I don’t think so!
